Additionally included in this recent document drop appears to be a site plan for Great St James island, located in the American territory.
The financier purchased a more modest island - the Little St James - originally in 1998, but subsequently obtained the more expansive adjacent island in 2016 for around $22.5 million.
These photos suggest he had drawn up ambitious plans to develop the sprawling island by constructing homes, an open-air theater, an underwater office and a pool.
You can see the drawing is a local waterway, a marine passage in the territory, indicated on the bottom right.
This development map is covered in notations in red and contains a notes section detailing distinct areas of the land.
In addition to this are what look to be an additional nine site drawings and construction drawings, such as designs for boat shelters.
